Unsgaard & Samson's tray liners are designed to absorb excess liquids from perishable foodstuffs, keeping packs clean and attractive, and prolonging shelf life. The liners consist of moisture-proof polythene barrier sheet, with needle punched 'pores' to draw off excess liquids into an absorbent core and non-woven coverstock. Unsgaard & Samson tray liners are hygienic and all component materials are safe for food packaging.

1. Meat Tray Liners
Used with EPS and other thermo-formed trays to absorb excess fluids in supermarket prepacks. Ideal for all meat, poultry and fish.

2. Fish Liners
Large, heavy duty pads cut to size for use in bulk packaging of fresh fish, usually in styrene cartons.

3. Berry Pads
To Absorb Moisture in fresh berry prepacks. Ensures longer product life and more presentable appearance on shelf.

4. Customised Liners
Tray liners can be cut to any size or shape to fit customised containers. A range of weights is available, from 90g/m to 400g/m.
